Gautam is a seasoned packaging expert with over 25 years of global industry experience across India, China, and Singapore. His career includes leadership roles at some of the world’s most respected organizations—ex-P&G, ex-Diageo, ex-Huhtamaki, and currently with Mondelez.

He is widely recognized for his pivotal role in establishing Flexo printing capabilities in China, where he led a successful industry-wide transition from traditional Gravure to Flexo by bringing together key value chain partners. Gautam’s professional journey has been shaped by a relentless passion for continuous learning, creativity, and the practical application of knowledge to drive meaningful, transformative change.

A recipient of multiple international awards and holder of several patents, he has also served as a jury member for prestigious global packaging awards and as a keynote speaker at leading industry conferences. Under his leadership, global brands have become pioneers in Flexographic printing—setting new benchmarks for commercial success, social responsibility, and environmental sustainability.

Sante Conselvan

Sante Conselvan, an Industrial Chemistry graduate, started his career in the 1970s at Bancolini Group, then joined Crosfield Italia in 1978 to specialize in electronic technology for prepress.

He joined Crosfield Italia in 1978 where he gained international experience specializing in electronic technology applied to prepress-scanners and page make up, reaching the position of Sales Manager between 1989 and 1991.

In 1991 he took up a new career as Sales and Marketing Director in Scitex Italia. Later, he set up I&C and has been its Managing Director. The company specializes in the commercial start-up of innovative technologic solutions for the printing and converting industry

Since 2002 he has been a member of the management board of Gama, a company producing ink control quality systems.

In 2012, he became CEO of GAMA Group S.r.l. He is actively involved in the Packaging and Graphic Arts industries and currently serves as President of FTA Europe (European Flexographic Technical Federation) and as Chairman of FTA Global Alliance.

Sante Conselvan is, also, involved as Board Member of ATIF (Italian Flexographic Technical Association) and past President (2012-2018).

Dr. Kai Lankinen

Tampere University of Applied Sciences, Finland

Dr. Kai Lankinen has over 25 years of experience in packaging printing. He serves as a Senior Lecturer in Packaging Converting and Printing at Tampere University of Applied Sciences in Finland and as a Docent at DHBW University of Karlsruhe and Stuttgart Media University (HdM) in Germany, where he mentors future professionals in sustainable packaging technologies.

Dr. Lankinen is an internationally recognized consultant, advising printers and brand owners on improving efficiency and advancing sustainability through Expanded Gamut (ECG) printing. He founded Dr. Lankinen Graphic Innovations Ltd, is a co-owner and former CEO of a leading Nordic repro house, and is a founding member of the Global Premedia Network (GPN). 

His career includes roles as Factory Manager at a flexible packaging printing company and co-founding the Finnish Packaging Printing Committee, which he also chaired. In 2021, Dr. Lankinen published his doctoral thesis, “Evaluation of Expanded Gamut Printing in Flexography,” further solidified his role as a leader in sustainable packaging printing.

Currently serving as Country Head & Director – South Asia at SOMA, Suhas drives sales and operations across three countries, delivering profitability, market growth, and customer-focused solutions for Flexographic Printing. His earlier leadership roles include Managing Director – Technology at DKSH, where he managed multiple business lines with full P&L responsibility, and senior management positions with Solenis, Windmöller & Hölscher, DuPont, Kodak, and other global organizations.

Manoj Kochar

Manoj Kochar is a graduate in Commerce stream from St Xavier’s College, Kolkata, he is among those who led the introduction of hologram technology in India and is a Director of Holoflex Limited, a Kolkata based company which he co-founded in 1991. Holoflex is a leading provider of authentication solutions in India and the wider international market, developing and deploying customized anti-counterfeiting and brand protection solutions for more than 34 years.

He is the first Asian to serve as the Chairman of the International Hologram Manufacturers Association (IHMA), a London based association that represents the global hologram industry. He has a background in both holography and authentication – he’s currently the President of the Authentication Solution Providers Association (ASPA), a New Delhi based association of authentication solution providers, which is a widely respected and perhaps the most active industry association in the global authentication industry. He is also a current IHMA Board member and also serving on the Governing Body of Indian Institute of Packaging. Manoj has participated as a speaker and session Chair at several national and international conferences.

Dr. Gita Bajaj

Dr Gita Bajaj is a Harvard Business School Affiliate, with 13 years of industry and 19 years of academic experience in leading organizations and business schools including Crompton Greaves NODE Chandigarh, The Hindustan Times, New Delhi, Management Development Institute Gurgaon, Institute of Management Technology Dubai and IE Business School Madrid, Spain. In December 2022, she joined the Board of Directors of VINSAK India and Secure Print UAE and in 2023, she was actively involved in the acquisition of Rotatek Spain. 

Dr Bajaj leads People, Process and Tech Transformation in all the group companies and her vision is to make the VINSAK Group the best place to work for. During her free time, Dr Bajaj teaches in the PhD program at the Indian Institute of Management Sambalpur. She loves to sing, meditate, stay fit, read, and travel.

Ashish Pradhan

Ashish Pradhan serves as President, Asia at the Siegwerk Group and is a member of the Group Executive Committee. With nearly three decades of experience in the packaging industry, he is a transformative leader known for driving significant change and business growth. Ashish joined Siegwerk in 2015 as Chief Operating Officer and rose to the role of President Asia since 2021, where he has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and expansion throughout the region.

Throughout his career, Ashish has demonstrated a strong focus on people development, building high-performing teams, and fostering an open and engaging workplace culture. Under his leadership, Siegwerk has been recognized as a Great Place to Work, reflecting his commitment to creating a positive organizational environment. He has consistently delivered impressive commercial results while prioritizing sustainability, safety, and diversity, which has unlocked substantial growth potential in Asia.

Ashish holds an Engineering degree, a Post Graduate Degree in Management, and has completed Executive Education programs at Harvard and INSEAD. He also possesses diplomas in International Trade and Packaging. Prior to joining Siegwerk, Ashish held senior leadership roles at Huhtamaki, Henkel, and International Paper, reinforcing his extensive industry expertise.

Outside of work, Ashish enjoys reading, swimming, trekking, and following sports. He has completed numerous treks, including high-altitude expeditions around the world. A regular columnist, Ashish writes on leadership topics for prominent English dailies and magazines.

Sanjeev Popli is the Executive and Managing Director at Popli Graphics Pvt. Ltd. He completed his B.E in Printing and Graphics Communication from Pune University in 1989 and started his career working with Technova in their plates and pre-press chemical division as a technical sales executive. With a vision to bring technological advancements and the latest innovations to his business, Sanjeev incorporated Popli Graphics in 1991 and ventured into machinery, equipment, and consumables – expanding the company’s portfolio of products, partners, and services.

Today, Sanjeev works with leaders, executives, and managers of leading print organizations, helping them accelerate their growth strategies and deliver their solutions to the industry. Under his direction, Popli Graphics has been put on the world map with global organizations partnering with our firm. Manjusha Singh

Ms. Manjusha Singh is the Chief Executive Officer of Siegwerk India Region, overseeing the company’s operations in one of its most dynamic and rapidly growing markets. She is the first woman CEO within the Siegwerk Group and among a few women leaders in the global ink industry. With more than two decades of experience in B2B sales and marketing within the packaging sector, Manjusha brings rich experience in leading and transforming global sales organizations. In this strategic leadership role, Ms. Singh will be responsible for driving Siegwerk’s business growth while further strengthening its commitment to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions in the Indian market.

In her previous roles she has been serving diverse responsibilities at Tetra Pak, from Key Account Manager to Vice President Global Sales and Marketing Transformation, these included assignments in India, Italy, Thailand, and Switzerland. Manjusha did her bachelor’s hon in mathematics from Delhi University along PGDBM in Marketing at Institute of Management and Technology, Ghaziabad.

Manjusha began her career in 1999 at Huhtamaki as Deputy Sales Manager and then Regional Sales Manager at Hungama, building an early career in sales management. Over the last twenty years, she has moved up the ranks within Tetra Pak, from Key Account Manager to Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing Transformation. Sanjeev Sondhi

Mr. Sanjeev Sondhi is the Managing Director of the Zircon Group of Companies, where he leads research & development and technology adaptation in the field of authentication and anti-counterfeiting solutions. He is a patent holder and technology developer in the field of designing high security graphics and printing nano graphics.  

Recently developed and filed another patent in the field of RFID for authentication. 

With over 30 years of diverse professional experience, including 17 years in developing print security in the field of documents, ID’s and brands he has played a pivotal role in shaping Zircon’s growth and innovation journey.

With an academic background in Chemistry, Security Graphic Design and print, Mr. Sondhi has made significant contributions to the field of anti-counterfeiting. On one hand, he has pioneered unique security graphic design tools for currency and high-value documents, which have been globally licensed under royalties. On the other, he has developed specialized chemical entities that strengthen print security by enhancing authentication features—an achievement that underscores his deep expertise in innovation and technology. He also made it possible to create a print fusion of bitmap and micro thin vector graphics.

Before joining Zircon in 2002, Mr. Sondhi worked with leading pharmaceutical companies including GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Limited, Lupin Limited, and Nicholas Piramal India Limited, and also gained valuable international experience.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry (Honors) from Meerut University and has been a Director on Zircon’s Board since 2002, driving the company’s vision of excellence, innovation, and global leadership.

Before joining Jupiter Laminators, Mr. Nag played pivotal roles in multiple renowned packaging firms. As Director & CEO at Vijayneha Polymers Private Limited (2017–2019), he led the flexible packaging business in Hyderabad, steering the company toward substantial growth. His leadership journey also includes impactful tenures as CEO at Kalpana Industries (2013–2016) in Kolkata, prior to that with Positive Packaging, Paharpur & Sharp Industries, where he played a crucial role in expanding business footprints and fostering innovation.

Harveer Sahni, Chairman of Weldon Celloplast Limited, New Delhi, holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry and has dedicated 47 years to the label industry. He began his career in the family’s stationery business, best known for Weldon fountain pen inks established by his father in 1939. In 1997, he ventured into labelstock manufacturing, and under his leadership, Weldon soon emerged as a leading supplier of label materials in India, exporting to nearly 30 countries worldwide. By 2003, he started sharing his knowledge and experiences through articles in global magazines and presentations at industry forums. In 2010, with a vision to contribute further and expand his global reach, he launched his blog, Self-adhesive Labels Industry in India and the World, which, along with its complementary website, is now read worldwide and is expected to cross one million pageviews. His contributions to the industry are immense—he has served on the Board of Directors of the Label Manufacturers Association of India (LMAI), judged the World Label Awards multiple times, and in 2017, became the first recipient of the LMAI “Lifetime Award for Support to the Indian Label Industry.”

His global recognition reached a pinnacle in September 2022, when he was conferred with the world’s highest honor in the label industry, the R. Stanton Avery Global Achievement Award, making him the only Indian to receive it. In November 2024, he further enriched the industry’s knowledge base by launching his 320-page coffee table book, Untold Stories of Indian Label Industry. Having stepped back from active business in recent years, Mr. Sahni now devotes his time to giving back to the industry as an author, thought leader, and active contributor through industry associations.

Since then, she has been striving to build a strong technology team focused on sustainability and drive projects that would enable circularity in packaging. She has also been working on developing water-based products for non-absorbent materials for the Indian market, which has been another key topic of her focus. Dipshikha is trained as an Organic chemist with focus on catalysis.
